About the Role:
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be integral to enhancing our sales processes and operations.
Your role includes supporting the sales team in contract processing, lead generation, managing sales processes, and assisting with sales territory and lead distribution.
Your efforts will be key to our mission of expanding our services and reaching new customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the sales team in contract processing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion.
Research and identify new business opportunities, including market trends, potential customers, and strategic partnerships.
Generate leads through data research and other non-cold calling methods.
Coordinate and manage sales territories and lead distribution for optimal sales efficiency.
Support with the retention and collection of permits for door-to-door (D2D) sales staff.
Provide follow-up assistance for business sales representatives with client communications and contract finalization.
Maintain a well-organized database of prospective clients and key contacts.
Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and goals.
Develop and update sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
Ensure effective communication between sales, customer service, and technical support departments.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Key Qualifications:
HSD, or equivalent education, is required.
Six months of related experience and/or combination of experience of technical certification/degree.
OSHA-10 Certification and/or CDL Licenses, preferred.
Proven experience in sales support, business development, or similar role with a clear understanding of a sales process from initiation to closing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and Excel.
Excel is a must!
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in telecommunications or fiber internet services is a plus.
