We're currently seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
This is a part-time position with the potential of moving to a full-time role.
In this role, you'll contribute to various marketing initiatives, including design projects, email campaigns, events, and video editing tasks.
Requirements:
Working towards bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), etc.
Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.

Creative mindset for crafting compelling advertising materials
Knowledge of SEO principles
Video editing skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Goal-oriented with a friendly demeanor and attention to detail
Quick learner with strong writing abilities
Responsibilities:
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Assist in developing and executing email campaigns
Support event planning activities, including setup and teardown for employee trainings and events
Create engaging video content for various social media platforms
Conduct thorough proofreading and editing tasks
Design advertisements for products, tradeshows, and webinars
Analyze monthly campaign metrics and contribute to strategy discussions
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve departmental goals
