Digital Account Manager Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to be responsible for engaging with key clients by building and preserving trusting relationships.
The Digital Account Manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the client base and build positive relationships with new clients.
You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
To succeed as a Digital Account Manager, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the organization's core values.
You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine client satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint.
Ultimately, an outstanding Digital Account Manager will work closely with Sales and Accounts Managers to ensure that all staff preserves client relationships.
Digital Account Manager Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key clients.
Overseeing the relationship with clients handled by your team.
Resolving client complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keeping clients updated on the latest products to increase sales.
Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
Expanding the client base by upselling and cross-selling.
Understanding key client individual needs and addressing these.
Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
Digital Account Manager Requirements:
A bachelor's degree OR experience in business administration, marketing or customer service
A minimum of 3 years experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Superior product knowledge.
A team player with leadership skills.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on client satisfaction.
Proficient organizational skills
Outbound calling to existing clients to maintain relationships

Commission Structure
50% Upfront Commission on Non-Partner, new accounts sold.
