Content Coordinator

POSITION: Content Coordinator REPORTS TO: Content Manager JOB SUMMARY Responsible for activities related to capturing parts data, researching part attributes (part number, part description, location, etc.
), and confirming data integrity and normalization of catalog content.
This position will be responsible for ensuring MotoRad product information exceeds both industry and customer standards.
This will be a key support position within the Content Team and will assist in product data building to verify our customers receive timely and accurate data to help them sell parts in a transformational way.
REQUIREMENTS • Must be self-motivated with good problem-solving skills • Strong prioritization skills • Ability to use data to make sound decisions for new business opportunities • Ability to independently assess tasks and problems, as well as identify methods and tools that best address them • Ability to adjust to changing goals and meet assigned deadlines • Office based position PRIMARY OBJECTIVES • Collect, maintain, and distribute product information based on customer specific requirements • Assist with product lifecycle management • Work with product team to ensure product categories and content data are aligned for NNA’s • Ensure there is clear and consistent communication with content manager • Reviews Customer websites and product information for accuracy EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE • Strong analytical skills • Strong organizational skills • Must be detail oriented • High School Diploma required, Associates Degree or higher preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
