What You’ll Do: Execute the company's progressive collections process to ensure customers are making payments on time.
Participate in developmental workshops to enhance leadership skills Work in each of the hourly roles within Superior Auto to build confidence in leading those positions Repossessing vehicles from customers that are delinquent in their payments.
Working with customers to proactively avoid payment issues.
Making in-person contact with customers that are delinquent in payments, in order to secure payments that are due.
Work with Mentor’s and Multi-unit Leaders to master business skills What You’ll Bring: High school diploma.
3+ years of General Manager leadership experience Track record of success in customer facing leadership roles A valid state driver’s license, with limited moving violation within the last 3 years Proficient computer skills Ability to work effectively in collaboration with a team to achieve goals and objectives Strong communication and interpersonal skills
