KEY ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST
Our team in Henderson currently has an opening for a Key Accounts Specialist
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Role & Responsibilities
Manages, communicates, and update customer pricing to be aligned with market conditions.
Manages and executes RFQ (Request for Quotes) and RFI (Request for Information) to support business growth
Documents market intelligence and performs business analysis to provide and execute on recommendations for growth
Identifies, develops, and closes new business opportunities focused on increased profitability
Develops and enhances to meet business goals and to improve working capital for the business
Provides solutions to customer requests, issues and inquiries to assure service excellence
Manages execution of strategic customer specific projects in timely and efficient way that supports customers meeting their own growth goals
Other Functions/Responsibilities:
Creates and implements ideas for process improvement to increase business efficiency and productivity
Other duties as assigned
YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
0-3 years of working experience in B2B
Working experience in the chemicals industry is an advantage
Working experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and/or purchasing is an advantage
Advanced skills for Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint
Works independently, strategically minded, self-motivated individual with attention to detail
Strong ability to manage complexity and change in a dynamic environment
