Marketing/Videography Internship
Job Summary:
The Marketing Intern, under the direction of the Director of Marketing, is responsible for enhancing our presence across various social channels, filming and editing marketing videos, assisting in the creation of flyers, newsletters, and employee events.
This position will begin in May 2023 with the opportunity to extend into the fall semester.
Responsibilities:
Monitor various social media sites for Tri-State Orthopaedic Surgeons (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
)
Write and post effective and engaging content for our social media pages, while maintaining our brand voice and personality.
Edit and create relevant video/photo content, post relevant articles/blogs, company accomplishments, press releases, company job fairs, local property events, job openings, etc.
Create flyers for marketing pieces for different marketing resources
Assist with the monthly newsletter
Promote events for employees
Requirements:
Enrolled in college full-time or part-time at undergraduate level
Available to work 20-30 hours a week
1-2 years of experience working with editing platforms and videography/photography preferred.
Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including various social media platforms
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, Publisher, Canva, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Cloud Apps – Photoshop, InDesign.
Strong written communication skills
Experience with social media analytic tools
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
