*Outside Sales Representative (OSR) - Job Description*
Pritchett Brothers Roofing and Exteriors is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team.
As an OSR, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, expertly running leads, prospecting new clients, and managing projects from estimation to completion.
This role is perfect for a proactive individual with a knack for sales, customer interaction, and a strong drive for achieving business goals.
*Key Responsibilities:* * *Business Development:* Utilize diligent prospecting, networking, and referrals to capture new business opportunities and expand our client base.
* *Client Relationship Management:* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them from the initial project scoping to the final delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
* *Project Estimation and Management:* Conduct thorough exterior home inspections to create accurate on-the-spot estimates and proposals.
Oversee project aspects such as measuring roofs, making change orders, and taking necessary pictures to ensure project success.
* *Goal Achievement:* Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
* *CRM and Pipeline Management:* Actively manage and update your pipeline using the company’s CRM.
Ensure all customer information, lead status, and communications are accurately recorded on a weekly basis.
* *Team Collaboration:* Maintain effective communication with the Sales Manager, discussing performance, customer queries, and other relevant matters.
Participate in weekly sales meetings to align on objectives and strategies.
*Required Skills and Qualifications:* * *Experience:* Roofing or home sales experience is preferred, showcasing a track record of achieving sales targets.
* *Communication Skills:* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent active listening abilities, to effectively understand client needs and present solutions.
* *Driver’s License:* A valid driver's license is necessary for travel to various client sites.
