We are filling a position to be a key part of our award-winning team.

Minimal experience is needed (as long as work ethic is there) & paid training provided.
W2 Sales position with an hourly pay, uncapped commission earnings, bonuses, paid training, and hands on coaching/mentorship.
Up to $400/week in bonus pay (based on performance) Responsibilities include: Learning our communication, sales material, & office structure Daily training to become a liaison between sales and clients Attend daily training clinics on quality assurance, quality control of the sales process, professional development, and mastering communication techniques Weekly goal setting and personalized coaching from leadership daily Tracking sales and retention through SalesForce Daily feedback and reminder calls to customers to ensure high retention and build professional relationships with customers Candidate Qualities: Teamwork: Culture is key in our company.

Problem Solving: Recognizes and defines problems; analyzes relevant information; encourages alternative solutions and plans to resolve situations; seeks additional assistance when needed.
Communication: Communicate & listen to customers needs to provide a solution best fit for each individual.

Personal confidence and genuine aspiration to help our clients and support team members.
Requirements and Skills Desired: 1-2 years experience in a customer service environment or related field.
Great communication skills (active listening and speaking) Thursday-Monday Schedule, able to work 10:00 AM-7:00 PM Experience interacting with people (co-workers or customers) on a daily basis.
High school or college graduates preferred.
