We are filling a position to be a key part of our award-winning team.
With the right skill set, we believe we offer the training needed for most anyone to excel in our business.
Therefore, we are currently offering the opportunity to join our company with little to no experience required.
Minimal experience is needed (as long as work ethic is there) & paid training provided.
Responsibilities include:
Learning our communication, sales material, & office structure
Daily training to become a liaison between sales and clients
Attend daily training clinics on quality assurance, quality control of the sales process, professional development, and mastering communication techniques
Weekly goal setting and personalized coaching from leadership daily
Tracking sales and retention through SalesForce
Daily feedback and reminder calls to customers to ensure high retention and build professional relationships with customers

Qualifications and Skills Desired:
1-2 years experience in a customer service environment or related field.
Great communication skills (active listening and speaking)
Experience interacting with people (co-workers or customers) on a daily basis.
High school or college graduates preferred.
