We are looking for talented sales people who can provide an outstanding customer experience! We offer a competitive hourly wage plus monthly commissions.

*Responsibilities:*
* Provides a total wireless sales solution to our customers.
This includes selling the value of Boost Mobile devices, accessories and service plans.
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets within the commission schedule.
* Deliver an outstanding in-store customer service experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens the Boost Mobile brand.
* Generate sales to meet and exceed company expectations.
* Handle customer situations and make smart decisions that benefit the business.
* Accurately set up new customer accounts, so customers are ready to use their new devices and plans as soon as they leave the store.
* Opens and closes retail stores according to policy and procedure within a satisfactory manner.
* Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
* Conduct daily follow-up calls to existing customers - (mandatory 20 calls daily).
* Help market, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events.
* Identifies the right solutions for customer billing, technical, and/or account issues.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
* Participate as a “team player”!
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Ability to stand for long periods of time.
* Ability to operate a computer and office equipment.
* Must stay current on all promotions.
* Good verbal, math, and writing skills.
*Qualifications*:
* High school diploma (GED) or higher.
* Experience in retail sales or customer service background.
* Possess great communication skills.
* Flexible with the ability to learn quickly.
* Reliable and dependable transportation.
* Valid driver’s license.
* At least 18 years of age.
* Provide 3 professional references
