Internet Sales Specialist - Responsibilities
Handling of incoming internet leads from a number of websites, and sources.
Prompt responses with outgoing phone calls and emails.
Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers.
Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features.
Develop a prospecting system, making calls and sending emails to potential customers to set appointments.
Follow up on all unsold customers, and any special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
Internet Sales Specialist - Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
2-5 years of automotive sales and customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
Availability to work long hours & Saturdays – A Must!
