The ideal Sales Representativecandidate for EpackageSupply will be an energetic, motivated, and aggressive sales employee focused on creating leads, developing prospects, and ultimately closing new business.
Sales RepresentativeJob Description:
Prospect new customer opportunities and develop these relationships into regular customers of ePackageSupply
Achieve personal goals related to KPI’s on outbound sales – sales quota, # of discovery calls, # of prospects, etc.
Execute outbound sales campaigns focused on target accounts (e-mail, direct mail, calls, social touches, etc.
)
Administer, maintain, and track customer requests for quotes and purchase orders.
Create quotes for larger volume orders
Field phone calls, online chats and emails for prospective, current and new customers
Interact with customers daily to review current promotions and provide service as needed
Thoroughly understand product details, ordering process and account set up and efficiently and clearly explain to new and prospective customers
Work with CRM and lead generation software to track leads, prospects, and closed accounts.
Proactively seek out professional development opportunities to hone sales craft and introduce best practices, learning and ideas to help improve sales team performance.
Sales RepresentativeKnowledge and Skills required:
Self-starter; ability to achieve goals without daily supervision.
Proven track record of sales performance
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Organized and detail oriented.
Ability to work well as an individual or in a team setting.
