We are a full line distributor of industrial supplies, fasteners, PPE, and specialty cutting tools.

EBN, one of the region’s largest industrial distributors is looking for a talented, enthusiastic Customer Service professional to build relationships, promote quality products, and deliver first-class service from our location in Evansville, IN.
*Specific duties may include:*
* Entering sales orders, quotes, and sourcing items.
* Researching customer back-ordered merchandise, scheduling expedites shipments, and processing merchandise orders/ cancels as directed.
* Picking and Packing warehouse orders
* Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
* Helping current and potential customers who walk in to the branch.
* Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
* Staying informed about competing products and services.
* Upselling products and services.
*Specific qualifications include:*
* Business, Sales, or Warehouse experience
* Knowledge of industrial sales preferred
* Specific industry knowledge, including both familiarity with product lines and the sales process is preferred but not required
* Valid driver’s license
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Superior time-management and organization skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Team Player
* Monday-Friday 40 hours a week
