The Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation is seeking a Director of Engagement and Programs.
ANNUAL SALARY Commensurate with experience and education.

SUMMARY: The Director of Engagement and Programs is responsible for managing and developing a strategic plan of student and teacher impact by assessing program needs, evaluating program effectiveness, and implementing innovative programs and strategies that meet and exceed the vision and mission of the EVSC Foundation in partnership with EVSC.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.
Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of EVSC Foundation programs such as, but not limited to Hangers, Teacher Locker, Summer Musical, Scholarships, Educator Grants, and current Enterprise offerings.
Create innovative programming from start to completion that includes creating content, milestones, processes, and launch of new Enterprise wide programs:, e.

“Adopt a School” and “Alumni” programs, etc.
Align with the Chief Advancement Officer on Academy of Science & Medicine vision to create a program with deliverables that ensure success.
Develop and launch a Volunteer program to engage with volunteers, nonprofits, and businesses to augment the EVSC Foundation mission.
Develop and manage annual program budget needs.
Execute an annual strategic plan with outlined expectations and impact annually, including challenges and outcomes.
Create, facilitate and cultivate relationships with principals to ensure the Foundation is focused on the needs of schools.
Provide findings to EVSCF leadership and implement future programs and strategies that are aligned with school-based needs.
Research, explore and connect with similar successful programs in other school corporations or foundations throughout the country.
Collaborate with community partners and attend meetings that align and drive the impact of our programs and strategies.
Manage and supervise Program Coordinators.
Report program updates and activities to the Foundation team and Board members as needed.
Elevate awareness about the EVSC Foundation and its brand in the community through speaking opportunities with consistent, positive representation of the organization.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts within the community; identify and pursue opportunities for engagement with groups and individuals.
Create meaningful volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups to engage with EVSC Foundation through acts of service, ambassadorship, committee involvement, events, etc.

Maintain accuracy of volunteer records in CRM in collaboration with Advancement Operations Coordinator and staff.
Assist with daily operations as needed.
