Parts Counter Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases and providing exceptional service.
Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register - Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments - Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area - Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals - Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Strong math skills for cash handling and retail calculations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions - Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences is a plus - Ability to effectively communicate in English (additional language skills may be beneficial) - High school diploma or equivalent Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
