Escrow Closing Agent/Sales Account Rep

*JOB TITLE:* Closing Agent/Sales Account Rep With over 30 years of experience, Columbia Title offers comprehensive title and escrow closing services to real estate professionals, buyers and sellers throughout Indiana.
Our Closing Agents conduct real estate closings and finalize transactions to ensure that all necessary deed and mortgage documents are complete and handled appropriately.
We are looking for a talented Closing Agent/Sales Account Rep to help buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders complete property sales.
The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Maintain relationships with clients and customers.
* Work with the parties of each transaction before closing to prepare for closing day.
* Conduct closings for all necessary paperwork to be signed on closing day.
* Finalize transactions post-closing to ensure that all necessary deed and mortgage documents are handled appropriately.
* Build new client relationships and have fun! *COMPENSATION & HOURS:* Hourly wage will be commensurate with experience.
Plus commission on new business you are responsible for bringing to Columbia Title.
Paid vacation and holidays.
Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Occasional events after hours.
