Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative & highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Based in our Eastside office, this role involves supporting our 3 person realtor teams social media accounts, facilitating client events and assisting with various tasks as needed.
The hours are great M-Thursday 9am-2pm.
We would like some experience or know how in Social Media & CRM's, computer knowledge, energetic, fast paced and creativeness are important.
Duties:
-Prepare and send emails and invitations for marketing campaigns, events and promotions.
-Coordinate and assist in planning special events, including logistics, venue coordination and attendee management.
-Create, curate and post engaging content on various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
-Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, CRM support and filing.
-Assist in developing marketing materials such as advertisements and videos
-Assist in maintaining databases and filing systems.
-Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative marketing ideas and strategies.
-Provide excellent customer service.
-Supporting the team with administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in marketing or in a similar role preferred.
-Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
-Strong computer skills
- Proficient in using computer and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Be able to work onsite at our Eastside Office
Schedule:
The typical hours for this position are 9AM to 2PM four days a week.
