Responsibilities: Each position covers a wide array of roles and responsibilities intended to develop your skillset and ensure your success at our agency.
Throughout our application process, you will also have the opportunity to learn what a day in the life at our agency would look like.
Greet customers and visitors, make them feel welcome and direct them to the appropriate person as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain and strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
Compensation: $14-$15 Hourly Wage
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM located in Henderson, Ky.
Requirements: Having previous insurance experience is not required to apply for this position.
