GMRR Services, LLC dba Hydromax Plumbing dba RotoRooter, is a locally owned plumbing company that has immediate an opening for an Account Coordinator.

The Account Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all inbound calls are professionally handled including scheduling customer appointments and ensuring calls are transferred to the appropriate company personnel.
* Receive incoming calls and schedule work assignments for Hydromax and RotoRooter’s plumbing technicians using Service Fusion * Receive and route incoming calls for Brown Equipment Company to the applicable department or personnel * Backup incoming call needs for American Grease & Septic * Communicate with and support plumbing personnel regarding scheduled jobs * Follow up and follow through with the plumbing team and customers to help foster good customer relationships * Keep records of all conversations within Service Fusion * Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, and research every issue and provide solutions * Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior * Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile * Assist with general accounting duties as time permits * Perform other duties as assigned *WHAT SKILLS, ABILITIES and KNOWLEDGE MUST I HAVE?* * Available to work between the hours of 7AM – 4:30PM, Monday-Friday * Proficient in Microsoft office, with a willingness to learn more * Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and active listening * Judgment/logical decision making * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Team player * Ability to multitask * Ability to de-escalate customer complaint * Ability AND desire to provide exemplary customer service in all situations *WHAT OTHER REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED?* * High school diploma * Previous scheduling/dispatching experience or a customer support role preferred * Familiarity with CRM systems preferred * Plumbing knowledge not required but beneficial Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
00 - $20.
