Field Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Manager to join our team.
The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating field operations, managing a team of field representatives, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.
The Field Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales.
Duties: - Manage and lead a team of Territory Managers -Work with management team to help drive success for our company -Develop good working relationships with our vendors -Manage trade shows and Dealer events with the team - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and TM development - Conduct regular field visits to provide coaching, training, and support to the team - Develop strong relationships with our power equipment Dealers and our vendors - Monitor and analyze sales performance and productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery -Have the ability to safely drive a pickup truck and haul a trailer on occasion -Must pass DOT physicals Experience: - Proven experience in field team management and territory management - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices - Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to drive business growth - Training skills for team and products we represent.
