· Outstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
· Effective communication skills in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to sales staff.
· Possess a vast knowledge of jewelry, jewelry repair, watch repair, and jewelry sales techniques.
· Successful prior experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
* Relevant experience in luxury customer service.
· Proven critical judgment and decision-making skills.
· Be able to stand for 8 hours and occasionally lift 40 pounds.
· Corresponding *Critical Thinking* and *DISC* scores validating sales manager role function fit.
