Job Summary:
The Enrollment Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development of marketing content and the implementation of marketing strategies to drive enrollment in a variety of areas including rural and specialty populations, graduate programs, new programs, and other enrollment initiatives.
The Enrollment Marketing Coordinator will work closely with academic and admission teams to ensure that enrollment goals are met, as well as develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to support the recruitment of new students.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns for segmented groups (such as rural and specialty populations), graduate programs, and other enrollment initiatives
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Office of Admission, Student Financial Services, and the academic departments to create effective marketing strategies and tactics
Brief the design team to generate digital and print materials
Write content that is tailored for segmented groups, such as website copy, emails, social media posts, video scripts, and more
Plan and coordinate media projects (photography and videography) as needed
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Research and identify potential marketing opportunities
Monitor industry trends and competition
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a university setting
Ability to develop compelling, creative content that appeals to various target audiences
Demonstrated knowledge of current marketing trends and techniques
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines
