Retail Sales Associate

We are expanding our operations and are looking for motivated individuals to fill a Retail Sales Associate position.

*Retail Team Leader Responsibilities:* * Acquisition of new leads through retail and sales promotions.
* Directly communicate with prospects through retail pitches to understand their needs and look for sales opportunities.
* Represent our F500 clients with professionalism.
* Assist the team in meeting the weekly, monthly, and yearly quotas set by the company.
* Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
* Become a subject matter expert to effectively explain and demonstrate unique selling features of products and services.

*Retail Team Leader Requirements:* * Previous experience in a lead role including retail or a related sales position is preferred.
