Therefore, we are currently offering the opportunity to join our company with little to no experience required.
Minimal experience is needed (as long as work ethic is there) & paid training provided.
*Responsibilities include:* * Learning our communication, sales material, & office structure * Daily training to become a liaison between sales and clients * Attend daily training clinics on quality assurance, quality control of the sales process, professional development, and mastering communication techniques * Weekly goal setting and personalized coaching from leadership daily * Tracking sales and retention through SalesForce * Daily feedback and reminder calls to customers to ensure high retention and build professional relationships with customers *Candidate Qualities:* * Teamwork: Culture is key in our company.
