We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager for Wealth Management.
This position works closely with Old National’s Wealth Group leadership as well as cross-functional, key partners across the organization (Wealth Marketing Strategy Director, Wealth Management Leadership, Legal, Compliance, Commercial Banking and IT) to design, manage and oversee execution of omnichannel marketing and client experience programs to achieve Wealth goals specifically in the Private Wealth Management (PWM) and Wealth Management client segments, which includes Old National Investments and Private Banking.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Creative and Digital Marketing teams to develop on-brand, goal-driven campaigns to ultimately drive revenue, client engagement and leads for primarily the PWM division.
Key Accountabilities Serve as the primary marketing liaison for the Private Wealth Management team Engage in strategic planning discussions with PWM leadership and the Wealth Marketing Strategy Director to grow the PWM business; includes participating in recurring team meetings as needed.
Research and implement marketing best practices to support growth and client retention; including engaging the Market Research and Client Experience group (as needed) for market research / client surveys.
Serve as the primary liaison with the Old National Investments (ONI) core leadership team to ensure end-to-end oversight of any promotions and ensure compliance with ONI standards.
Lead and manage marketing and communication campaigns or outreach for Wealth clients and prospects Develop detailed multi-media marketing plans, including tactical needs and timelines, to drive Wealth Group goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the Wealth Group’s sales enablement leader to develop sales campaigns to deepen relationships with existing clients; includes developing sales materials and talking points and tracking campaign success via the company CRM system.
Engages the data team to track, measure and report on usage and marketing metrics through the analysis and assessment of campaigns.
Develop and implement a formal client engagement plan to drive value in Old National’s PWM services among existing clients.
Partner with the Digital Marketing team to utilize marketing automation tools to execute targeted marketing campaigns and/or thought leadership events with clients and prospects to drive engagement and/or growth.
Develop, produce or update PWM or Wealth Management sales or promotional materials for ONI and/or Private Banking, including the wealth management-related content on the Old National web site.
Assist with special events and recommendations around key sponsorships.
Qualifications and Education Requirements Deep knowledge and interest in marketing and communications planning, including campaign or marketing project management BS or BA in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Business Administration or related field of study At least five years as a marketing or PR professional; financial services industry experience strongly preferred Hands-on experience in a broad range of creative channels including by not limited to print, video, digital, social media and email Proven experience leading and developing a collaborative cross-functional team Confident as a critical, careful reviewer and editor; ability to provide clear, direct feedback to collaborators Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment which demands quick thinking and strong attention to detail Exceptional communication skills—proactive, organized, clear, persuasive and action-oriented; ability to champion and quickly convey ideas to senior leaders and direct reports Old National is proud to be an equal opportunity employer focused on fostering an inclusive workplace and committed to hiring a workforce comprised of diverse backgrounds, cultures and thinking styles.
