OTR Truck Driver

Fleet Hauling is hiring for an OTR truck driver position based out of Fort Branch IN.
This position is for OTR driver with flatbed experience preferred but not required.
Equipment is late model Peterbilt trucks with auto and manual trans and double bunk sleepers.
Compensation for this position is 30% of gross revenue generated by the truck before expenses.
All trucks are equipped with pre-pass tolling device, with scale by pass, and fuel cards are provided, normal scheduling is 2 weeks out with three to four home days.
Longer variations from this schedule can be accommodated.
Benefits of Fleet Hauling include a $3,000 bonus paid at 4 months, a 50/50 health premium split, 3 PTO days at 6 months and 3 more PTO days at 1 year.
After 1 year of service a full vacation week will be paid at year average income.
At 3 years 2 weeks paid vacation.
Christmas bonus will be paid yearly on the first week of December based on time with us with year one being $500.
