Van Driver PRN
The Van Driver performs a variety of direct patient care activities including: assisting and accompanying all patients who are transferred to and from the facility via the facility van, and assisting in maintenance when the van activities are complete.
This position provides direct patient care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Qualifications
License or Certification:- Valid Class B or Class C, CDL Driver's License- Current CPR and First Aid CertificationEducation, Training and Years of Experience:- High School diploma or GED preferred- Previous transportation experience required- Must be 25 years of ageMachines, Equipment Used:- General office equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax machine, calculator, computer.
Physical Requirements: - Good visual acuity and ability to communicate.
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds.
Reasonable assistance may be requested when lifting, pushing, and/or pulling are undertaken which exceeds these minimum requirements.

- Will be required to work as necessary during disaster situations, i.
e.
, before, during or after a disaster.
- May be required to stay after workday to assist after a disaster situation until relief arrives.
