* Responsibilities:
- Safely transport and deliver Lowe's appliances to customers' homes with a focus on large appliances requiring installation, such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and stoves.
- Ensure accurate loading and unloading of appliances, paying special attention to fragile items.
- Proficiently install and set up appliances according to manufacturer guidelines and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, demonstrating appliance features, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customers to confirm delivery details, including installation requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of appliance installation procedures and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including installation documentation and customer sign-offs.
- Report any appliance defects or damages promptly and follow appropriate procedures.
* Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Need to of had a license for at least 3 years.
- A minimum 1 year driving experience in a 26 ft Box Truck (Preferred)
- Must be at least 23 years old.
- Previous experience in appliance delivery and installation is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow installation instructions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations during deliveries.
- Physical ability to lift heavy appliances and perform installation tasks.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation tools.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Pre-Employment Drug Test
- Healthy to pass a DOT Physical to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
- Must pass a background check.
