EBN is looking for a new team member to join our Metal Working division and help support the growing needs of our customers.
This customer service representative will primarily focus on specialty cutting tools.
Specific duties may include: Communicating with customers, outside sales, and management.
Order entry, quote entry, and purchasing.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Specific qualifications include: Business, Sales, or other related field experience Specific industry knowledge, including both familiarity with product lines and the sales process is preferred but not required Valid driver’s license Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Superior time-management and organization skills Team Player EBN values hard work and dedication and rewards its associates with an excellent compensation package.
